I had exactly the same problem after upgrading on my own computer. After upgrading all computers on the network everything started working again.

Ping! Sorry for the delay, some trouble with traffic this evening. I travelled along the route of the blasts this morning, but before everything happened. I did not see or hear anything. The mood at work was understandably a bit muted today, but people were working as usual (although checking the news all the time).
